The National Big Data Health Science Conference is a signature annual event of the Big Data Health Science Center (BDHSC). This 6th national conference will include innovative plenary sessions, panels, and workshops that emphasize the role of interdisciplinary collaboration in Big Data applications and advancements in the health sciences.
Learn about current challenges and opportunities in Big Data health science from the perspective of academia, industry, government, and healthcare systems and participate in multidisciplinary sessions that will explore the future of Big Data health science research
Network and connect with healthcare stakeholders at this multidisciplinary platform for the exchange of ideas and innovation for the future of Big Data in healthcare
Registration and Fees
Your registration fee includes attendance to all sessions of the conference and all pre-conference workshop opportunities, as well as breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference, full day coffee/tea service throughout the entire event, and an invitation to a catered networking reception to take place on the evening of Thursday, February 13.
Regular Rate: $250
This rate includes faculty from any college/university as well as researchers, industry representatives, government officials, and other professionals
Student/Trainee Rate: $50
Students and trainees include all enrolled students and post-doctoral fellows. Proof of student status will be required
Virtual Poster Presenters Rate: $25
Only abstract presenters accepted for this format may register for this rate. Please note, there is no access to other conference sessions.
Pre-conference registration is available until 11:59pm on February 9, 2025. On-site registration will be available at the conference
Opportunities for Support
Volunteer
University of South Carolina undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to receive free registration if they commit to volunteering. Volunteers are needed to help run registration, serve as room monitors, help with traffic direction, create social media content, be poster monitors, etc. This opportunity is on a first come, first served basis and time requirements apply.
